Role Overview: 

  • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically in the digital marketing and web development sectors. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and offering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing and web development services. 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service. 

  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions from Wonne’s service portfolio. 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities. 

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. 

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. 

  • Provide feedback to the product and service teams to improve offerings based on client requirements. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing and web development. 

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and web development processes.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 

  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales tracking software. 

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
